It is amazing how many
exquisite desserts can be made without cream. There really is
no end to the wonderful fruits that can be used as the seasons
unfold; nowadays many more are imported from sunnier climates
and they are all so tempting, luscious and exotic to round off
a meal. The habit of finishing with fruit is particularly good
for the heart because of its no fat, high-fibre goodness with
abundant vitamins and minerals and high water content.
