Avocado Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

2 avocados
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp chopped chives or green spring onion tops
sea salt
4 drops Hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
black pepper
 

Method:

  • Peel, stone and chop the avocados into the bowl.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Serve with chunks of raw vegetable such as carrot, cauliflower ,radish, celery and strips of sweet red and green pepper, or those lovely tortilla corn chips.
