Ingredients: 1/4 tsp caraway
seeds
¼ tsp celery salt
150 ml/¼ pint low-fat yogurt
Method:

Put the caraway seeds, celery salt and
yogurt into a small screw-top jar. Stir them together and
screw on the lid tightly.

It couldn't be much simpler. It can be
varied by using other spices such as a few crushed coriander
seeds or a little tomato catchup (ketchup) and Worcestershire
sauce.
Note: Try yogurt salad dressing and cucumber sauce as dips
too.
