Cucumber Yogurt Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium-size cucumbers

2 young green onions

 

 

¼ tsp. chili powder

 

 

¼ tsp cumin powder

 

 

¼ tsp powdered cloves

 

 

1 c. yogurt

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

Methods:

  • Peel cucumber and cut into thin slices. Arrange attractively on serving plates.
  • Cover cucumbers with several paper towels, weighted down by a rather heavy plate.
  • Chop green onion fine and add to yogurt with other ingredients.
  • Stir well. Remove plate and paper towels from cucumbers slices and top with yogurt sauce.
  • Serve cold.
