3 avocado pears
3 oranges
large bunch of watercress
50g/12oz chopped walnuts
yogurt dressing
Methods:
Peel and slice the avocados. Peel
the oranges and separate into segments. Remove the membrane
and pith from the segments.
Spoon the yogurt dressing on to
each of six salad plates. Arrange the avocado slices and
orange slices alternately in a fanlike pattern on the
dressing. Put a generous clump of watercress in the centre of
each and sprinkle with walnuts.
